  • Leading end-to-end ERP and application project lifecycles, including vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
  • Conducting business process analysis and translating requirements into actionable system specifications.
  • Driving stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and AI solutions to support strategic business initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 15-20 years of relevant experience, with a strong track record in ERP implementation and enterprise systems.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle R12 EBS, with solid understanding of business workflows in
    sales, procurement, logistics, and finance.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
