Main Responsibilities

- Answer users' requests, using the tracking tool, and communicate with the necessary stakeholders (locally and/or globally)
- Managing incidents using the appropriate process (i.e., Appwatch) and reporting helps reduce incident occurrence and resolution time.
- Enhance support documentation
- Assist the BA with requirements and liaise with developers based on business priorities (as the product owner).
- Participate in the necessary technical meeting
- Participate in agile meetings (daily, retrospectives, etc.)
- Participate in non-regression campaigns
- Be an active participant in the build community with the associated rights and responsibilities (i.e., rolling role of release manager)
- Be a driving force on technical and functional topics propositions.
- Raise an alert adequately on the risks encountered during the conception of features (cost, delay, resources)
Qualifications / Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree holders, with a strong academic background in Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
- Solid experience in IT in an IB or hedge fund on pre-trade workflow (price contributions, market connectivity, pricing)
- Rigorous and organized
- Proactive, independent, and proven ability to work under tight targets and pressure
- Fluent in English - Any other languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Japanese) will be an advantage.
- C# knowledge/experience is desirable
- ION knowledge is desirable
