We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join a leading bank in Hong Kong as a Cluster Head. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing multiple branches, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence across the network. It's an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in personal banking and branch management to make a significant impact in a top-tier financial institution.
Key Duties:
- Oversee operations of a specific branch as designated by senior leadership, while supporting the Area Manager in guiding a group of branches to meet both financial targets and service standards.
- Set strategic goals and formulate regional sales and distribution strategies tailored to key customer segments, products, and channels to drive long-term growth.
- Promote a customer-first mindset throughout the branch network by implementing training programs, incentive schemes, and effective sales management tools.
- Enhance the sales effectiveness of branches by optimizing staff performance, streamlining work flows, centralising functions, and improving lead conversion processes.
- Monitor daily sales and operational activities to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
- Uphold strict adherence to internal governance, including licensing requirements, ethical standards, anti-money laundering practices, customer due diligence, and fraud prevention measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in personal banking branch leadership.
- Holder of valid insurance and securities certifications.
- Preferably certified under the Enhanced Competency Framework for Retail Wealth Management (ECF-RWM).
