Join a prestigious financial services firm as ahands-on Infrastructure Manager. You will be responsible for managing IT operations, services, end-user support, and infrastructure management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee stakeholder management and budget discussions (OPEX/CAPEX) to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Maintain and optimize all systems applications, including trading applications, voice communications, and network infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external vendors, facilitating effective communication across countries.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for critical applications and infrastructure, ensuring rapid issue resolution and high availability for trading operations.
  • Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Lead global and local system projects, driving initiatives that enhance performance and compliance.

What You Offer

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Significant IT management experience in a trading or financial services environment, with a proven track record in systems administration.
  • Familiarity with MS Windows 10/11, MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook), MS Domain Infrastructure, MS Server, Networking, and Cybersecurity applications.
  • Previous experience on a trading floor and in server rooms under high-pressure conditions. Knowledge of IPC DealerBoard, Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, and Citrix Remote Access is advantageous.
  • Understanding of IT Security or Information Risk Management is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strong abilities to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English; Cantonese is a plus but not mandatory.
