Your Role
As an Assistant Manager in the Accounts Control or Accounts Payable Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. You will:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely month-end closing.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve accounting and internal control issues.
- Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support ad hoc projects and reporting tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in banking or financial accounting.
- An immediately available candidate is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of VBA and SQL is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
