Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams globally, you will support organizational evolution, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement across engineering, architecture, and infrastructure initiatives.

About the role

Reporting to the department head, you will develop and implement comprehensive change strategies for digital, business process, and organizational transformation projects. Build relationships and influence stakeholders at all business levels, ensuring clear communication and commitment to change objectives. Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and tailored communications to enable effective change adoption and foster a supportive organizational culture. Partner with different teams to analyze the impacts of change, identify potential risks, and design effective mitigation solutions-utilizing Agile methods, project management best practices, and digital platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and generative AI tools. Working with business stakeholders globally, you will also track, evaluate, and report on progress, using metrics to measure change effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Promote diversity and inclusion within project teams, drawing on a variety of perspectives and local insights. Lastly, coordinate with international and matrixed teams, adapting work schedules to support cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in technology, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in consulting, engineering, architecture, or construction, delivering change management in complex environments will be a major plus
  • Skilled with digital collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, M365 Copilot) and familiarity with generative AI
  • Proven experience managing Agile projects and programmes
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Ability to lead, adapt, and thrive in diverse, multicultural environments
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Previous experience with major infrastructure or urban transformation projects
  • Understanding of carbon lifecycle assessments, climate resilience, or sustainable building practices
  • Good command in English and Chinese
