Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for arranging the Chairman's daily schedule, assisting with travel arrangements and work materials;
2.Assist the Chairman in coordinating external public relations and business negotiations;
3.Assist the Chairman in follow-up and order tracking for business matters;
4.Assist the Chairman in promoting company business and organizing the completion of the overall business plan;
5.Accompany the Chairman to reception activities and business trips;
6.Handle various matters temporarily assigned by the Chairman.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of work experience in the same position;
2.Priority given to those with experience in private equity, securities firms, banks, bonds, etc.;
3.Good image and temperament, decent in dealing with people, with excellent learning ability;
4.Outgoing personality, careful and responsible in work, flexible and innovative thinking, strong ability to achieve goals, and those with strong social skills are preferred.
