Role Summary A senior leadership position within a major Mainland State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) financial services investment house, responsible for managing complex asset management operations across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities • Manage non-performing assets and investments across multiple industries including natural resources, real estate, environmental protection, and infrastructure
• Lead debt restructuring and financing initiatives
• Safeguard and secure ownership rights for critical physical and natural resource assets
• Collaborate with national regulators and authorities to maintain investment valuations
Required Qualifications • Extensive experience in cross-border financial services
• Deep understanding of Mainland Chinese regulatory frameworks
• Prior experience with regulatory bodies like CSRC, NAFMII, or Hong Kong SFC
• Expertise in SOE investment workflows and approval processes
