This premier insurer has a long history in the region and recorded consistent strong performance. It continues to invest in digital adoption and building agile work culture. It is now seeking a dynamic Regional HR Business Partner, Director, based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Reporting to Group CHRO, you will play an integral role in delivering initiatives and support the achievement of overall strategic plans for the assigned client group (functions and country portfolio). As a strategic HR business partner, you will partner with HR product specialists to support a wide range of initiatives including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, workforce transformation and compensation. You will lead HR projects and drive the desired outcomes.
Requirements
Degree qualified, you have more than 15 years of HR experience gained at major banks, financial institutions, HR consulting firms and / or agile progressive corporates. Experience in insurance sector is not a must. You have proven experience in dealing with senior management and possess strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. You are commercial, driven, strategic, operationally hands-on and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
