Responsibilities:
  • Extract data from mainframe or credit data warehouse, conduct data analysis and prepare various MIS reports relating to the bank's credit portfolio;
  • Develop Credit Risk Management (CRM) dashboard and related online reports, graphs and spreadsheets;
  • Prepare Credit Risk Management reports for bank's top management;
  • Cooperate with other credit management units and provide supports on credit data analysis, follow-up issues and enquiries related to CRM data analysis;
  • Formulate user requirements; and conduct user acceptance tests on CRM data related systems and data warehouse;
  • Assist supervisor and team head and guide junior team members to prepare credit data analysis spreadsheets/reports so as to support various CRM data related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above with major in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines;
  • 5 / 8 years' experience in banking MIS and reporting (preferably related to lending business) is preferred;
  • Knowledge of credit risk management and related regulatory requirements (i.e. Large Exposure, IFRS9) preferred. Experience in handling Basel III requirements would be advantageous;
  • Proficient in MS Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Experience with VBA, SQL, SAS, OAS or Tableau would be advantageous;
  • Good business knowledge and data analytical skills, Independent, proactive and detail-oriented;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Credit Risk Manager/Assistant Credit Risk Manager.
