Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance user growth operations tied to loyalty and promotional initiatives.
- Track and report on essential KPIs for marketing campaigns, developing strategies to boost user engagement based on specific industry insights.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital advertising to optimize campaign effectiveness and performance.
- Analyze user data to uncover segmentation opportunities and behavioral trends.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities while working closely with existing merchants for sustained retention and growth.
Requirements:
- >7 years of experience in CRM, user growth, or digital advertising operations, ideally within the payment or e-commerce sector.
- Strong analytical skills with practical experience in using business intelligence tools for informed decision-making.
- Solid understanding of ROI in business contexts.
- Familiarity with loyalty marketing, growth strategies, user segmentation, and partnership models.
- Cantonese is Mandatory for this role.
