Reporting to Senior Manager of Digital Acquisition & Content Management, you are supposed to assist the team in:

• Developing, maintaining and fine-tuning of the Bank's website into a competitive and sales-oriented channel. It is responsible for the maintenance of all materials on corporate website and as gatekeeper of online corporate identity

• Online marketing campaigns and sales tracking

Main Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support on web content management of the Bank's websites and mobile applications. Conduct training to internal users for CMS usage (if necessary)

End-to-end support in the online marketing campaigns for different bank products to meet business KPIs

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on content management, online sales and campaigns and analysis and reporting of online marketing campaigns across different channels

Keep track of market trends, prepare benchmarking and web statistical reports

Assist in digital banking development projects

Incumbent Requirements:

Higher Diploma, degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, Creative Media, Information Technology or related disciplines

Relevant experience in banking industry with proven track records in content management & online marketing preferred

Experience in artwork production/adaptation with strong aesthetic sense

Self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills

Detail-oriented & able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Good knowledge of web applications and new technologies

Experience in HTML, CSS, XML and JavaScript is a must

Experience in using content management system and site analytic tools

Proficient in using Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
