Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to oversee and manage daily administrative operations and their HR function. As a key member of the executive team, you will report directly to the Global COO and play a critical role in our overall performance. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our business, in alignment with established policies and our long-term vision, contributing to our continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day to day administrative operations to ensure the smooth running of the firm globally.
- Management of Human Resources; including payroll and compensation and benefits.
- Experience with appraisals, onboarding and recruitment.
- Oversight, monitoring and assessment of external providers/ vendors and outsourcing
- Development of company policies and manuals
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and health and safety requirements
- Adhoc project management
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years experience working within financial services in Hong Kong, specifically in HR, with an interest in a broader operational role. This is a “hands onâ€, varied role. Fluent English and Cantonese are imperative for this position.
