Our client is seeking an accomplished Solution Manager to drive the adaptation and optimization their Financial and Human Capital Management solutions across Asia Pacific region. This is new role they are hiring due to portfolio expansion.
About the role
Reporting to the Director, you will possess substantial expertise in either financial or Human Capital Management technologies and a strong grasp of diverse compliance requirements throughout these markets. This key position involves working collaboratively with various groups, product engineering, marketing, sales, and client support to ensure our solutions are tailored to the specific needs and regulations of each target region. Working with different stakeholders, you will conduct market research to assess regional compliance trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive pressures influencing product adaptation. Establish clear localization strategies, prioritizing requirements that address the nuanced regulatory landscapes and workforce expectations across APAC regions. Oversee the implementation of localization projects, maintaining a focus on quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Lastly, gather ongoing feedback from regional stakeholders, utilizing this input to inform product enhancements and future road maps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in IT product management, ideally with localized technology products for financial or HMC modules
- 6 years of experience working with any ERP implementation (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle) or in a consulting environment
- Strong understanding of technology practices, with emphasis on APAC regional differences and compliance requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation changes and ensure product alignment accordingly
- Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills to translate market needs into actionable initiatives
- Good command in Chinese and English
