Your new company My client is a tech firm. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant C&B Manager to support the delivery of compensation and benefits operations and projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR, with strong analytical skills and a drive to enhance employee experience through effective C&B strategies.
Your new role - Manage monthly payroll processing, MPF, taxation, and benefits administration for local and regional staff.
- Support C&B projects including policy reviews, benchmarking, and system enhancements.
- Assist in annual exercises such as salary review, bonus planning, and insurance renewals.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to streamline C&B processes.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports related to headcount, compensation trends, and cost projections.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in C&B operations, preferably in a regional or multinational setting.
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, fast learner, and passionate about HR development.
