Your new role Business Analyst:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyse current processes and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Develop business cases, process maps, and functional specifications
- Support solution design and validate business needs through testing and feedback loops
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting insurance operations
Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope and budget
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with vendors and third-party providers
- Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management
What you'll need to succeed - Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
- Must have insurance industry experience in one of these areas: claims, chatbot, policy servicing or finance system
