Business Analyst:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Analyse current processes and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Develop business cases, process maps, and functional specifications
  • Support solution design and validate business needs through testing and feedback loops
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting insurance operations
Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope and budget
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with vendors and third-party providers
  • Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management

What you'll need to succeed
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
  • Must have insurance industry experience in one of these areas: claims, chatbot, policy servicing or finance system
