Portfolio Manager - Global Investment
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CIO on global portfolios and hedge fund research
- Conduct research into asset classes associated with major markets
- Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis on non-Asia hedge funds
- Conduct due diligence on non-Asia fund managers, produce detailed investment memos for Investment Committee's approval
- On-going monitor invested funds with detailed call / meeting notes
Requirement:
- Having worked in hedge funds and/or fund of funds industry is a plus
- Good knowledge in derivatives is an advantage
- Previous experience in global markets (US/EU/Middle East)
- Strong foundation in asset allocation, manager selection and alternative investments is highly preferred
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, well-organized, mature and able to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese are preferred.
- Solid knowledge of MS office application
