Role: Compensation Analyst
Location: Hong Kong
Duration: 06 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Position Purpose
This role is to support the APAC Rewards team on the delivery of the execution and successful delivery of the annual compensation proposal cycle, with a regional focus (APAC countries) The role is for a 6-month assignment. This role will be an individual contributor role and expected to play a contributing role in a team environment.
Direct Responsibilities
Compensation Review Process (CRP)
· Provide support in all aspects of the CRP cycle as part of the APAC C&B team to local HR stakeholders
· Appraisal Campaign

- Monitor completion rate, and refresh status for weekly Monday meeting
- Ensure Global/Local MRT completion status is tracked and emphasized
- Prepare appraisal graphs for business/functions (to be ready appraisal campaign and comp. committees)
- Generate reports for the pre-appraisal exercise (typically in Oct/Nov)
· Static Data & Financial Data Cleaning

- Perform control to ensure static data review by local countries are complete (no missing information; sanity check on displayed names; upload corporate titles)
- Perform control to ensure financial data review by local countries are complete (no missing information; sanity check of currencies displayed; check on bonus amount details)
· Hierarchy

- Monitor the completion of staff in assigned with a salary and bonus manager
- May assist with preparing hierarchy validation table to support regional HRBPs
- Hierarchy validation -->Responsible for validating and reviewing tickets raised by HR or Managers to make a change to the manager hierarchy
- Monitor hierarchy validation completion status
· PCC and C2ORA

- Provide support on the PCC and C2ORA process (e.g. set up, maintenance of staff and functional reviewers, preparing reports and meeting materials)
- Regularly provide status update of completion by functional reviewers
- Regularly monitor list of staff to ensure tracking of relevant staff category for "in-scope" population
· Other activities

- Monitoring and performing regular status checks to ensure deadlines are met throughout the CRP cycle
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of data into Compas
- Assist with preparing meeting materials, and coordination of meetings

Experience and Qualifications required
· Preference towards bachelors degree, or higher with a focus in Human Resources, Business, Finance/Accounting
· A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on working on and/or leading the delivery of the year-end compensation proposal cycle
· Experience in project management and execution of project deliverables
· Experience working in a regional or global scope is strongly preferred
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Words/Power Points; vba coding capability is a plus)
· Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS and C&B processes is an advantage
· Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
· Proficiency in spoken and written English
