Senior Product Development Manager - Asset Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external vendors to develop mutual fund, private fund and discretionary account products; responsible for the creation, modification, and updating of related product documentation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the fund sector, and conduct ongoing analysis of industry dynamics, potential client needs, and market competitors.
• Manage the lifecycle of existing products.
• Support the sales team in client acquisition and relationship maintenance.
• Organize and coordinate new product launches, support the development of innovative products, and drive the implementation of major projects.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Law, Statistics, or a related field; preference for Financial Engineering majors. Outstanding candidates with a Bachelors degree may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of product-related experience in asset management companies or investment banks. Experience inpublic fund product development and design is preferred. Candidates with CFA, CPA, or FRM certifications are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various fund product characteristics, fund company operations, and industry policies and regulations. A legal background or experience liaising with regulatory authorities is advantageous.
• Excellent Chinese and English writing skills, and strong verbal communication abilities in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong learning agility, data analysis skills, communication, and coordination abilities, with a sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Proficiency in Office software and Bloomberg Terminal.
