About us: Our client, one of the leading banking groups, is looking to find an IT Helpdesk Support specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities - Provide frontline level 1 technical support
- Respond promptly to user enquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Perform daily monitoring and maintenance for IT Systems
- Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support or vendors, ensuring proper follow-up
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops and laptops
- Ensure timely installation of OS patches, antivirus updates, and application upgrades
Requirements: - 4+ years of relevant experience in system administration and support
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Experience in the banking industry would be preferable
- Proficient in Chinese and English
