What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee product marketing strategy for the exchange, with a focus on user and transaction growth.
  
• Design and implement marketing initiatives in response to market trends and current events.
  
• Develop a thorough understanding of various channel growth mechanisms, monitor channel feedback, and provide ongoing product optimization recommendations.
  
• Analyze channel growth data to refine and enhance marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  
• Utilize analytical skills to identify and explore innovative growth opportunities, continuously enhancing marketing effectiveness.
  

What We Look For In You

• A holder of a Bachelor's degree or higher
  
• Work experience in crypto or financial exchanges is a must
  
• Track record in user and product operations is preferred
  
• Demonstrated ability to leverage current trends for effective traffic conversion.
  
• Strong data analysis, project management, and communication skills.
  
• High levels of self-motivation and a strong analytical mindset.
  
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with different stakeholders

• 本科以上学历，英文能作工作语言
  
• 金融产品/交易所用户运营经验、产品运营经验优先
  
• 热点达人，擅长结合热点进行流量转化
  
• 有较强的数据分享能力、项目管理能力、沟通能力
  
• 学历能力、自驱力强
