About this Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional AI leader to shape and drive our company's next-generation AI strategy. This role is designed for a visionary technologist with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving cutting-edge AI innovations in global leading companies.

As our VP of AI, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI technologies that will power our core businesses-including growth optimization, risk management, content recommendation, compliance, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Vision & Strategy: Define and execute a forward-looking AI strategy aligned with our business vision, staying at the forefront of rapidly evolving AI advancements, including generative AI, large language models, multimodal learning, and more.
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a world-class AI team across disciplines such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and AI systems engineering.
• Technology Innovation: Lead the research and development of cutting-edge AI technologies, with a focus on scalable, robust, and responsible AI solutions.
• Business Impact: Drive end-to-end AI innovation across multiple key domains:

-Growth (advertising, user acquisition, personalization)

-Risk (fraud detection, credit scoring, anomaly detection)

-Content (recommendation, search, ranking, AIGC)

-Compliance (AI-driven audits, content moderation, regulatory tech)

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI into our products and operations.
• External Engagement: Represent the company at global AI conferences, contribute to leading academic publications and patent portfolios, and foster collaborations with academic and industry partners to amplify our AI impact.

• AI战略与愿景制定：制定并执行前瞻性的AI技术战略，把握全球AI发展趋势，重点布局生成式AI、大语言模型、多模态学习等前沿方向
• 团队建设与领导：组建并管理世界级AI研发团队，涵盖机器学习、自然语言处理、计算机视觉、AI系统工程等多个技术领域
• 技术创新与突破：引领前沿AI技术的研发与应用，推动可扩展、稳健且负责任的AI技术落地
• 业务场景深度赋能：推动AI在以下关键业务领域中的落地与规模化应用：

-增长（广告投放、用户增长、个性化推荐）

-风控（反欺诈、信用评估、异常检测）

-内容（推荐、搜索、排序、AIGC）

-合规（内容审核、合规监管、RegTech）

• 跨部门协作：与产品、工程、风控、合规、运营等团队紧密合作，确保AI技术在产品和业务流程中的高效落地
• 外部技术交流与影响力建设：代表公司参与全球AI顶尖学术与行业会议，发表论文、申请专利，积极与全球学术及产业伙伴建立合作关系，提升公司在AI领域的全球影响力

What we look for in you:

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in AI, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML research, productization, or platform development, with leadership roles at globally recognized tech companies (e.g., Google, Meta, OpenAI, Microsoft, Amazon, ByteDance, Alibaba, Tencent, Huawei, etc.).
• Deep expertise across AI domains, including but not limited to:
• Large Language Models (LLMs) & Generative AI
• Deep Learning & Reinforcement Learning
• Multimodal Learning
• NLP, Recommendation Systems, Risk AI, AI for Compliance
• Demonstrated success in translating AI technologies into impactful business outcomes.
• Strong track record of AI publications, patents, or industry-recognized achievements.
• Global mindset with the ability to operate in multicultural environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Mandatory: Fluent in both Mandarin and English; able to work effectively in bilingual environments.

【任职资格】：

• 计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习或相关领域硕士及以上学历（博士优先）
• 至少10年以上AI/机器学习研发、产品化或平台开发经验，曾在全球领先科技公司（如Google、Meta、OpenAI、Microsoft、Amazon、字节跳动、阿里巴巴、腾讯、华为等）担任核心技术或管理岗位
• 在以下AI技术方向具备深厚积累及前沿视角：
• 大语言模型（LLM）与生成式AI
• 深度学习与强化学习
• 多模态学习
• 自然语言处理、推荐系统、风险控制AI、合规AI
• 具备AI技术商业化落地的成功实践经验，能够有效转化为业务价值
