This critical role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and rewards programs for senior employees across our global banking operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in international compensation policies, particularly in Hong Kong and the UK, and will play a key role in supporting employee relocations and ensuring compliance with global HR regulatory reporting requirements.


Your new role
  • Lead the planning, benchmarking, and execution of compensation and rewards strategies for senior employees.
  • Provide expert guidance on international compensation policies, including those in Hong Kong and the UK.
  • Manage and support employee relocation packages and mobility-related compensation matters.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of global HR regulatory reporting data.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure governance and compliance with compensation-related policies.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to maintain a robust and equitable rewards framework.
  • Support annual compensation review cycles, incentive planning, and policy updates.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation and rewards policies, with specific expertise in Hong Kong and UK regulations.
  • Proven experience in handling senior-level compensation planning and international mobility.
  • Familiarity with HR regulatory reporting and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
