Responsibilities - Drive transformation of digital project delivery process
- Assist team head in new product development or system projects so as to achieve Business goal.
- Drive delivery within an Agile framework, with end to end ownership on from defining requirement, collaborating with development team on technical design, and overseeing QA and user acceptance testing, as well as actual launch in production
- Deliver end to end solution to support business initiatives for digital adoption and engagement.
- Work closely with design team to conceptualize the flow and design of screens
- Work collaboratively and build relationships with internal stakeholders to elicit requirements to ensure the business objectives and product vision is being delivered.
- Identify risk and track through to resolution
- Responsible for leading the design of large user stories (EPICS) which are broken down into smaller stories (product backlog), which is a prioritized features list for the product which is used by Agile Teams to develop technology solutions
- Supervising a team of UAT testers, he or she ensures that UAT test plans and test cases are executed within the stipulated UAT schedule.
- Support post-implementation tasks such user training to touch-points, production problem investigation, escalation and resolution
- Has hands-on experience in digital service delivery for financial institutions such as internet banking or mobile banking
- Self-starter with strong business acumen, independent and able to rise to challenges and meet deadlines effectively
- Ensure customer issues are resolved within the SLA and prompt follow-up to ensure closure in issues
Requirements - Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in Consumer Banking products specialized in digital project delivery
- Good knowledge of banking compliance, policies, operation process, risk control and requirement prevailing regulations and compliance standard
- Good understanding on the system applications and preferably with some technical knowledge
- Solid experience in managing system enhancement end-to-end and participated in different milestones within a project lifecycle such as business requirements development, test management and execution, implementation, etc. Agile exposure is preferable.
- Self-starter with customer centricity mindset, and able to rise up to challenges and manage stringent delivery timelines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude and an avid team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
