What You'll Be Doing - Learn the full business development lifecycle within tech & staffing consulting
- Build strong relationships with IT professionals and Multinational Corporations
- Provide consultative services throughout the recruitment process
- Pitch solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored talent solutions

Who We're Looking For - 0-2 years of work experience, experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales or Relationship Building is a plus
- Driven, Target-oriented and with strong business acumen

- Solid communication skills and team spirit
