Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage and drive the annual strategic planning process for AIAHK
- Assess, prioritise and shape strategic opportunities for AIAHK.
- Synthesise strategic priorities into clear strategic narrative and 3-year plans
- Systematically cascade and promote AIAHK's strategy to senior leaders and the broader organisation
- Act as main contact for other business units to liaise and discuss results announcement preparations with GO and RCE counterparts. Respond to enquiries from Group Investor Relations
- Monitor competitor and market developments and conduct horizon scanning on key trends impacting AIA
- Develop market share analysis, including synthesis and quarterly reporting of IA market statistics
- Handle the selection process of external consultants and coordinate with them on delivery of strategic projects
- Drive specific strategic projects forward with other functional leads
- Develop and manage Strategy & Transformation Department budget
- Support other ad hoc reports and tasks
- Coach and transfer knowledge to teammates
Job Requirements: - Degree holder with 8+ years of relevant strategy planning / corporate development / project management experience. Experience in consultancy and/or insurance industry will be an advantage
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, being able to connect-the-dots
- Result oriented, with proven track record in attaining business results
- Be adaptable, able to interact and build strong relationships with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
- Attentive to details with good analytical, coordination and organisational skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and report writing skills
- A good story-teller, with strong presentation skills
