Responsibilities:
- Perform industry and company research, financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation activities;
- Work with senior bankers in transaction execution;
- Prepare marketing materials including presentations and pitch books;
- Develop relationships with junior executives at our clients;
- Comply with any internal and external regulations and companys policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics or other relevant disciplines;
- 3 years or above experiences in investment banking, consulting, research or private equity or other relevant experience;
- CFA/CPA qualification preferable;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
- Solid financial modelling and valuation skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
- Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
- Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules;
- Fluency in English and Mandarinï¼›Both written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst.
