We are supporting a global insurer on a majorclaims transformation program, and are looking for an experiencedSenior Business Analystto join the team. This role will play a critical part in driving initiatives such asOCR integration,process optimisation, and the use ofAI-driven solutionsto enhance operational efficiency. This role initially starts as a 1 year contract position, with a view to extend or convert to a permanent role.
In this role ofas aSenior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:-

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Support the design and integration of OCR and automation technologies within the claims ecosystem
- Prepare and maintain documentation across the full SDLC, including requirements, design specs, test cases, and user guides
- Lead or support UAT activities and contribute to rollout planning
- Provide ongoing support for issue resolution and continuous process improvement
To be considered for the role as aSeniorBusiness Analyst, you possess the following:-

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within insurance or financial services
- Experience supporting system or process transformation projects
- Familiarity with OCR, workflow automation, or AI-enhanced solutions preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in documentation and project tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio)
- Experience in claims, healthcare, or insurance domains is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Immediate availability preferred
