Position Description
This is a unique opportunity for a Business Analyst with experience in Research and Events management development to drive innovation and shape the future of our Research platforms.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Work with the Events team and other Research and Sales staff to identify product requirements and create and own the product roadmap for Forums platforms.
- Business analysis of user-friendly and efficient events systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Work with development teams to ensure features are delivered on time and meet business stakeholder needs.
- Conduct user research and monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that the Events platform is integrated with other systems and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
- Gather requirements, perform process analysis, and analyze data to drive product design.
- Partner with Compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
- Work with business to define data administration and document governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Masters degree in IT or Business
- Around 3 years work experience as a BA or similar role, preferrable with a focus on Events development projects.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data and processes clearly.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL to perform data analysis and identify data-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of product management, IT solutions, and client portal development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
- Experience in equity research or related firm wide client portal is a bonus.
- Familiarity with data governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
