Structured Notes Product Manager - 结构化票据产品经理

- Be responsible for the design and management of structured notes andOCT product structured notes, including active management notes (AMC, AMN), etc., similar to Nomura's leveraged packaged notes (such as Lani Note);

- Participate in the construction of the structure of overseas fund products, possess clear logical thinking ability, and have a deep understanding of the financial market and financial products;

- Design and optimize cross-border channels for domestic and foreign funds, be familiar with cross-border investment channels such as QD, QFLP, QDLP and related policies and regulations;

- Visit and conduct due diligence on the introduction of high-quality external structured products, including snowball, FCN, AMC, ABS, CLI and other wealth management products, to improve the company's product line, enrich product types and enhance product competitiveness;

- Organize and implement the launch and promotion of financial products, and promote the market performance and customer acceptance of products.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in economics, finance, investment or law and other related fields, those holding CFA or CPA qualifications are preferred;

- Have more than 3 years of product design experience in banks, funds, trusts, securities or private equity and other financial institutions, have strong financial product design and innovation ability, and those with working experience in Hong Kong are preferred;

- Be proficient in the design and operation mechanism of structured financial products, understand the mainstream product trends in the market, and have good communication and negotiation skills;

- Have a strong sense of teamwork, excellent written and oral communication skills, be responsible, honest and trustworthy, and be proactive in work.

-对雪球、FCN、AMC、ABS、CLI 等理财产品等优质外部结构性产品的引入进行考察和尽职调查，完善公司产品线，丰富产品类型，提升产品竞争力；

-在银行、基金、信托、证券或私募股权等金融机构有3 年以上的产品设计经验，具有较强的金融产品设计和创新能力，有香港工作经验者优先；

-精通结构性金融产品的设计和运作机制，了解市场主流产品趋势，具有良好的沟通和谈判技巧；

-有强烈的团队合作意识，优秀的书面和口头沟通能力，有责任心，诚实守信，工作积极主动。

-组织实施金融产品的推出和推广，提升产品的市场表现和客户接受度。

要求：

-本科及以上学历，经济、金融、投资或法律等相关专业，持有CFA 或CPA 资格者优先；
