Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to client and investor inquiries via email or phone, ensuring all issues are resolved within agreed timelines.
  • Utilise internal systems to efficiently manage queries, follow-ups, and communications.
  • Coordinate with global and local teams to resolve issues related to payments, receipts, AML/KYC, reporting, and other matters.
  • Prepare accurate client and investor reports and mailings in a timely manner.
  • Provide proactive, high-quality support, addressing requests related to account openings, data updates, and trade instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and fund-specific guidelines while escalating risks or issues quickly.
  • Prepare internal reports (e.g., KPIs) and participate in client meetings, including creating presentation materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Japanese (native or N1 level) and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and stress management.
  • Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to take a shift to work on Hong Kong public holidays.
