Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Oversight: Lead the design, development, and implementation of early childhood intervention projects and evaluations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, to facilitate impactful initiatives and system changes.
  • Portfolio Management: Strategically manage a portfolio of early childhood development programs to maximize collective impact and share insights regularly with stakeholders.
  • Governance and Controls: Establish and enforce project governance frameworks to ensure effective execution, including oversight of advisory committees and taskforce groups.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct background research on relevant social issues and draft articles and reports for promotional activities and public awareness campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and perform evaluations and impact assessments to ensure financial accountability and program effectiveness.
  • Team Development: Plan and oversee professional development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
About You:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 7 years in a mid-senior level role, preferably in child development or social work.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing projects and organizational capabilities, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes and preferably a large one and with facility management experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead teams and engage multiple stakeholders, demonstrating excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Event Management: Experience in organizing and managing events is a plus.
