Structured Notes Investment Manager - 结构化票据投资经理

Job Responsibilities:

• Research market structured notes (Snowball, Phoenix, ELN, etc.), formulate investment strategies, and identify opportunities for excess returns.
• Engage with institutions such as securities firms and banks to screen high-quality notes, and participate in primary market subscriptions and secondary market transactions.
• Customize note schemes, optimizing terms such as knock-in/knock-out conditions and coupon rates.
• Monitor market risks and credit risks, develop hedging strategies, and regularly evaluate the performance of investment portfolios.
• Assist the marketing department in interpreting product logic and investment value to clients (e.g., institutional LPs).

Job Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in structured notes/derivatives/fixed-income investments, with a buyers mindset.
• Familiar with mainstream domestic and overseas structured products (Snowball, ELN, CDS, etc.).

任职要求：

• 3 年以上结构化票据/衍生品/固收投资经验，具备买方思维。
• 熟悉境内外主流结构化产品（雪球、ELN、CDS 等）。
