Cross-border Product Manager - 跨境产品经理

• Proficient in constructing various overseas fund product structures.
• Possesses clear logical thinking and a solid understanding of financial
• markets and products.
• Expert in establishing cross-border capital channels, with extensive experience in designing overseas and cross-border products.
• Familiar with QD, QFLP, and QDLP channels.
• Responsible for client visits, due diligence, and introduction of high-quality external structured notes, Xueqiu, FCN, AMC, ABS, CLI, and other wealth management products to expand product variety, increase quantity, and enhance quality.
• Oversee the launch and promotion of financial products.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in economics, finance, investment, law, or related fields; CFA/CPA certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of product design experience in banking, fund management, trust, securities, private equity, etc., with strong financial product design and innovation capabilities.
• Hong Kong work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in structured financial products and market trends, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong teamwork spirit, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and integrity.

• 熟悉各种境外基金产品架构的搭建，.逻辑思维清晰，对金融市场和金融产品有较好的认知及了解。
• 精通境内外资金跨境通道的搭建，对境外以及跨境产品设计有丰富的经验，熟悉QD、QFLP 以及QDLP 跨境渠道
• 负责拜访、尽调、引入外部优秀的结构化票据，雪球，FCN，AMC，ABS，CLI 及其他理财产品，完善产品种类、丰富产品数量、提升产品质量；
• 负责组织实施金融产品上线推广工作。

职位要求：

• 研究生以上学历，经济、金融、投资、法律类等相关专业，CFA/CPA优先；
• 具有3 年以上银行、基金、信托、证券、私募等金融机构的产品设计工作经验，有较强的金融产品设计和创新能力。有香港工作经历优先；
• 熟悉结构化相关金融产品，掌握市场产品风向标，具有良好的沟通、谈判能力；
• 团队合作意识强、书面及语言表达能力强、工作责任心强、正直诚信。
