About the Role
We are looking for a valuation‑focused project professional to support and contribute to initiatives that enhance Product Control and valuation processes across asset classes. The role sits between Product Control, Finance, and Middle Office, with a primary focus on improving valuation methodologies, P&L reporting, and control frameworks rather than pure IT delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Process & Control Enhancements
- Assist in running projects to improve trade capture, reconciliation, and daily P&L reporting accuracy.
- Review existing workflows across trade support and product control, identify gaps, and drive scalable solutions.
- Strengthen controls for breaks, booking quality, and valuation adjustments.
- System & Implementation Projects
- Define business requirements for system upgrades impacting trade support and product control.
- Partner with IT and external vendors to test and deploy new tools (trade booking, reconciliation, reporting).
- Support user acceptance testing, training, and process migration for new systems.
- Regulatory & Market Change Readiness
- Support projects driven by regulatory initiatives (e.g. trade reporting, margin, valuation adjustments).
- Assess impact of new products, market changes, or asset classes on trade support and P&L control processes.
Qualifications:

- 2+ years experience in trade support, product control, middle office, or related project roles.
- Good understanding of trade lifecycle, P&L reporting, reconciliations, and control frameworks.
- Solid stakeholder management skills—comfortable working with Front Office, IT, Risk, and Finance teams.
- Strong documentation, testing, and analytical skills (process flows, gap analysis, UAT scripts).
Nice-to-Have

- Exposure to programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python) or workflow tools for process automation.
- Interest in new product areas (e.g. digital assets, tokenization) as a future business consideration.
