What You'll Do:

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the maturity and adoption of operational excellence practices throughout the organization.
  • Lead the initiatives for operation process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and collaborating with teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to achieve significant workflow enhancements and process optimation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide standards for documenting policies, processes, and workflows, ensuring consistency in format, structure, and terminology across all business units.
  • Create and manage a centralized repository for all process documentation, ensuring robust governance.
  • Assess, implement, and oversee technology solutions that facilitate process automation and standardization.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and change management activities to promote alignment and engagement in process excellence initiatives.

Requirement:

  • A university degree in Business or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in operation transformation and process improvement within the insurance or reinsurance sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, process management, or business transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.
  • Proficiency with process modeling tools and documentation governance frameworks.
  • Ability to coordinate and implement cross-functional improvement initiatives in a structured and measurable manner.
  • Practical experience in reinsurance operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across diverse teams and business units.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while driving initiatives to successful completion.
