Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of project interventions, Manage program protocols, capacity building, research, and evaluations, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Portfolio Management:Regularly consolidate and share learning insights with stakeholders
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and sustainable impact. Establish local and global networks for cross-learning and project amplification. Engage government officials to promote impact and systemic change.
  • Governance and Controls: Implement project governance structures to ensure effective execution, including managing advisory committees, incubation partners, and various task force groups.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track project outputs and outcomes, manage budget expenditures, and oversee project evaluations and impact assessments. Prepare financial, statistical, and progress reports, and make recommendations to management
  • Promotional Support: Contribute to enhancing the organization's image by supporting promotional and publicity activities related to the Trust's charitable works. Represent the organization at relevant ceremonies and stakeholder engagement activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • 12 years of relevant experience, including 5-8 years at a mid-senior level, ideally in social welfare, public administration, consulting, human resources, or the charity and grant-making sector.
  • Proven track record in managing complex and/or large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of research, evaluation, and data analysis is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated passion and insight into the evolving needs of the youth population.
