Key Responsibilities

  • Community Strategy: Develop and implement online and offline community-building strategies and best practices.
  • Platform Management: Manage and moderate community channels on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and Reddit.
  • Content Creation & Distribution: Create engaging content, including announcements, articles, social media posts, and marketing materials.
  • Community Engagement: Foster positive engagement by responding to questions, moderating conversations, and building relationships with community members.
  • Event Planning: Organize and host events like meetups, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and other initiatives to increase engagement.
  • Feedback & Insights: Monitor community feedback, conduct sentiment analysis, and relay actionable insights to internal product and marketing teams to inform strategy.
  • Partnerships & Ambassadors: Collaborate with other blockchain projects, influencers, and community ambassadors to expand reach and drive adoption.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as the brand's voice, ensuring consistent messaging and promoting the company's values across all channels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of community engagement experience in a crypto/web 3/fintech setting
  • Understanding of blockchain and crypto landscape, including culture and specific platforms
  • Proficiency in managing and growing communities on various social media and platforms
  • Ability to develop and execute data-driven community growth strategies and innovate new engagement tactics
  • Ability to work effectively with product, marketing, and other internal teams.
