This is a leadership role overseeing the design, governance, and execution of Compensation & Rewards programmes. The successful candidate will spearhead initiatives related to remuneration frameworks, performance incentives, and policy development.

About The Role

  • Shaping and refining compensation structures and incentive schemes
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies in line with corporate directives and regulatory changes
  • Advising business units on performance metrics, bonus plans, and long-term incentive programs
  • Conducting cost analysis and productivity assessments to support strategic workforce planning
  • Leading benchmarking studies and market research to maintain competitive positioning
  • Driving continuous improvement projects and presenting proposals to senior leadership

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Deep understanding of employment regulations and reward practices in Hong Kong; familiarity with Mainland China labor laws is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools such as Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
