Title : IT Support Specialist – international asset management company
Location : Hong Kong
Company Overview: Our client, an international asset management company, is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their Asia team based in Hong Kong.
Responsibility - Provide timely technical support for IT applications, hardware, voice, mobile, and video conferencing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Assist with system recovery testing and ensure documentation and client follow-up are completed.
- Manage daily IT administration tasks including ticketing, access requests, and updates.
- Support and lead regional enterprise-wide IT projects and evaluate new tools for effectiveness.
Requirements: - 5–7 years of IT support experience, ideally in a financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Windows and Mac OS, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with market data systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters) and video conferencing tools (e.g., Cisco, Teams).
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a customer-focused and proactive approach.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- A collaborative team player who can also operate independently.
