Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between traders and IT teams to gather and document business requirements for trading systems
- Analyse existing trading processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and enhancement
- Collaborate with IT developers and system architects to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Monitor and report on system performance, user feedback, and market trends to inform future development
Requirements:
- Strong experience in trading systems
- Fixed Income or FX product knowledge
- Strong communicator, able to work with Front Office users
- Excellent documentation skills, able to create functional and technical specifications
