A leading international professional services group is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to join as Director, Group Marketing. This strategic role reports directly to the Managing Partner and board, and is responsible for driving marketing excellence across multiple brands, regions, and business units. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team and play a pivotal role in shaping brand identity, audience growth, and stakeholder engagement through innovative and integrated marketing strategies.

Your Role
As Director, Group Marketing, you will:
  • Develop and execute group-wide marketing and business development strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on corporate strategy and new service launches.
  • Drive innovation in marketing platforms and services, including automation, integration, and AI.
  • Oversee brand management, digital marketing, CRM systems, SEO, and event marketing across all regions.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, design, and user experience across all channels.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support market and service line strategies.
  • Build strategic relationships with government bodies, chambers of commerce, and trade organisations.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse marketing team across functions including branding, content, technologies, and editorial.
  • Co-manage the group marketing budget and oversee campaign performance reporting and optimisation.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading regional or global marketing teams.
  • Solid experience of managing a regional team from remote locations
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and event management.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Click Dimensions, Hubspot).
  • Experience in content marketing, social media strategy, event coordination, and digital analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in corporate strategy and service innovation is a plus.
  • Passion for international business and Asia's dynamic markets.
  • Ability to travel regionally and work across cultures and time zones.
  • Native-level English required; additional European or Asian languages are a strong advantage.
