Job Responsibilities:
- HR Policies and Processes
Develop and communicate HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals.
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and provide advice on immigration matters.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date.
Handle onboarding and off boarding processes to provide a smooth experience for employees.
Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement programs and training
plans.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Hongkong-based company.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong Work Pass application processes and government regulations.
- Proficient in HR management systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin to facilitate communication with diverse stakeholders
