岗位职责

1. 负责香港证监会1、4、6、9号牌的财政资源要求（FRR）管理，研究监管政策并建立报送与预警机制。
2. 组织并执行年度香港证监会相关报表的编制与报送工作，明确统计指标归属与责任分工。
3. 协助开展压力测试等内部风控工作，确保公司财务资源符合监管要求与集团制度。
4. 推动金蝶系统项目建设，提升财务数据的自动化采集与处理能力。
5. 对接各产品交易系统与总行核心系统，构建基于大数据的会计信息管理平台。

岗位要求

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，经济、金融、财务会计等相关专业背景。
2. 持有ACCA、CICPA、HKICPA等专业资格者优先。
3. 具备10年以上香港投资银行报表管理经验，或6年以上四大会计师事务所相关经验。
4. 熟悉香港证监会FRR监管要求，具备扎实的会计专业能力与出色的沟通表达能力。
5. 具备大数据系统建设或财务自动化项目经验者更佳。

My client is a well-established Chinese financial institution with a strong reputation and solid business foundation in the Hong Kong market. Their services cover investment banking, asset management, and securities trading. They are now seeking talented professionals with FRR expertise to join their team.

Responsibilities

1. Manage Financial Resources Requirements (FRR) for SFC Type 1, 4, 6, and 9 licenses, including regulatory research and implementation of reporting and alert mechanisms.
2. Organize and execute the annual preparation and submission of SFC-related reports, defining indicator ownership and accountability.
3. Support internal risk control tasks such as stress testing to ensure compliance with regulatory and group policies.
4. Lead Kingdee system development projects to enhance automated financial data collection and processing.
5. Integrate trading systems with the groups core banking systems to build a big data-based accounting information platform.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CICPA, or HKICPA are preferred.
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in financial reporting at a Hong Kong investment bank, or 6+ years of relevant experience in a Big Four firm.
4. Solid understanding of SFC FRR regulations, with strong accounting expertise and communication skills.
5. Experience in big data system development or financial automation projects is a plus.
