We are currently seeking a talented System Server Support for one of our most sizeable financial institution clients.
Your new role
- 1st line technical assistance related to Windows hardware, software, and networking.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across various systems and applications efficiently.
- Provides support for Windows operating systems, VMware solutions, and backup processes.
- Create and maintain documentation for standard support procedures and enrich the knowledge base.
- Collaborate in the coordination and execution of IT projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Windows support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Desktop environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
- Experience with virtualisation technologies, especially VMware.
- Solid understanding of storage solutions and networking principles.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
