Middle Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with fund administrator on the funds subscription and redemption, client onboarding, KYC/AML and handle client enquiries
2. Responsible for investment portfolios / funds associated with liquidity risk management
3. Review reports from outsourced third parties and valuation
4. Participate in funds audit
5. Perform valuation of investment instruments, trade settlement and cash management/reconciliation, corporation action, proxy voting, including but not limited to listed equities, fixed income and derivatives
6. Key person in liaising with counterparties, including custodians, prime brokers, auditors, etc.
7. Follow up account opening or trades processing issues with external parties
8. Support new managed accounts / funds set up
9. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
10. Update portfolio analysis for reporting to investors and management

Qualifications:

1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Financial Engineering or related disciplines
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
4. A good team player, passionate, detail-minded and keen to develop career in asset management industry
5. Excellent Excel skills. Knowledge in VBA or other programming languages, understanding in financial statements is a plus
6. Ability to work under fast-paced environment
