Job Description:
â— Develop and Drive Strategy: Lead the creation and optimization of effective SEO, GEO, and AIO strategies to boost organic and AI search visibility.
â— Enhance Search Performance: Continuously improve our organic keyword rankings and overall search presence across major platforms, including emerging AI search engines.
â— Increase Visibility and Engagement: Identify and execute opportunities to grow our online visibility and drive higher conversion rates through both traditional and generative AI search.
â— Launch Content Initiatives: Oversee the planning and execution of programmatic, AI-powered content projects to support business objectives.
â— Resolve Technical Issues: Collaborate with the Customer Growth team to proactively address and fix technical SEO and GEO issues, ensuring the site remains search-optimized.
â— Monitor Trends and Metrics: Stay up to date with the latest developments in SEO, GEO, and AIO, defining and tracking relevant metrics to measure success and guide future improvements.
Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in SEO, GEO, or AIO, with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and visibility.
* Experience using industry-standard SEO/GEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog).
* Hands-on experience generating large-scale content using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok, DeepSeek, Perplexity).
* Strong communication skills; able to work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams.
* Excellent project management skills; able to deliver multiple projects on time.
* Deep knowledge of technical SEO and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
