A reputable life insurer is looking for an agency marketing specialist to assist in event management.
Your new role
- Assist in planning, organising, and executing a wide range of agency events and engagement activities, including award presentations, annual dinners, overseas conventions, client seminars, and offsite meetings.
- Manage internal and industry award programs, including registration, prize coordination, recognition initiatives, and sponsorship arrangements.
- Develop marketing and promotional materials such as presentation decks, newsletters, e-visuals, and agency publications.
- Collaborate with reporting teams to track campaign performance and manage quarterly and club award reporting.
- Oversee agency social media platforms, including content planning, creation, and administration.
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of outputs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, with proven hands-on expertise in event planning and execution
- Prior exposure to the insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline
- Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
