Our client, a reputable international bank, is seeking an experienced credit administration and operations person to join their Credit Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong credit operations experience to contribute to a dynamic and well-established financial institution.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-spectrum credit administration duties, including credit limit and collateral setup and maintenance across core banking systems (T24, OBS, FOX).
  • Review loan agreement provisions meticulously to ensure accurate limit loading.
  • Act as CCRA operator, ensuring timely and precise credit reporting to internal stakeholders, Head Office, and HKMA.
  • Collaborate with Credit Officers to maintain accurate credit records and support transaction execution in line with credit approvals.
  • Provide operational support to Back Office and Business Processing teams on T24-related matters.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as due date controls, document scanning, housekeeping, and uploading into the Document Management System (DMS).
  • Offer guidance and coaching to junior team members to foster development and ensure operational excellence.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Banking, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with a focus on credit administration and operations.
  • Hands-on experience with banking systems including T24, OBS, and FOX.
  • Solid understanding of credit processes, banking operations, and regulatory reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities; capable of working independently and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Proficient in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to mentor and support junior staff.
