A leading Life Insurer is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its broker channel distribution. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, expanding broker partnerships, and optimizing channel performance across life, general, and medical insurance, as well as MPF offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute broker distribution strategies to increase market share and revenue; Work closely with the marketing team on promotional initiatives
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with broker partners; conduct regular performance reviews; Collaborate with various HNW (High Net Worth) brokers
- Sales Leadership: Set and monitor sales targets; Drive sales; Provide training and support to brokers.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., AML, KYC); manage channel-related risks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of broker relationship managers and support staff.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in sales/distribution, with 5+ years in broker channel leadership
- Prior experience in HNW brokerage distribution
- Proven success in growing broker networks and achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of broker economics, commission structures
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or industry certifications (e.g., CII, CFA, ECF, CB) are advantageous.
